Well first and foremost I would like to say that I have been diagnosed with having HSV-2 as well as Multiple Sclerosis??? waits a beat for the dust to settle down and looks around at the few remaining brothers? And now that I have gotten that out of the way I can also say that those diagnoses don?t define me. In regard to the HSV-2 there is a lot of misinformation going around and sometimes even your doctor would give you the wrong information. Yes, it is very possible to have it and be asymptomatic or not show any lesions or blisters. I highly recommend asking your doctor to run a panel for HSV 1 and 2. You must specifically ask for this test because the usual panel will not reveal if you have the antibodies present. The virus is passed via skin to skin contact with the infected area, so wearing protection is not 100% effective.
Next is Multiple Sclerosis which is a disease of the central nervous system. I have the relapsing and remitting kind. This disease affects my walking, talking, memory, and any other motor functions it decides it wants to mess with on any given day. Please read up on this disease and feel free to ask me any questions. Now on about myself if you still with me (^_^). I enjoy listening and/or attending lectures, and learning more about this beautiful religion. I must admit I could be doing more, but don't we all. I do try to live my life according to the Quran and the Sunnah. I love watching just about anything and trying out different foods. My interest run towards detective shows, nature shows, anime, manga, and anything with a good plot. I like dancing to a good beat, and I would love if you would join in with me. I try to be tactful in how I say things. I also have no problem voicing my opinion on certain issues. I understand the husband has the final say, but I may bring a distinct perspective in different situations. I do understand my role and responsibilities as the wife. If at any point I?m slacking, a gentle reminder would do wonders for me. I love to smile, laugh, and joke around at times. But I also know when it?s time to be serious. I?m normally quiet, and I always have an open ear or shoulder for my husband to offer when he feels like the world is trying to drag him to hell.
I do have three 3 young children and moving out of state is not an option for me. I do share custody/parenting with the father. Speaking on children I don?t want anymore. What I have is enough for me to handle and I am not trying to add anymore to the mix.
